Disto E7400x - Laser Distance Meter

The new Leica DISTO E7400x is designed for demanding job site conditions and measuring tasks.

Its rubber coated fibreglass reinforced housing is IP65 rated making it dust-tight and water jet protected. Plus, the E7400x is drop tested to heights of 6 feet onto hard surfaces. Thanks to the integrated tilt sensor, indirect distance and height measurements are calculated absolutely and precisely. Leica DISTO E7400x - reliable measurements even under the harshest conditions.

	ISO Standard 16331-1 - The standard for laser distance meters The range and accuracy of laser distance meters depend on light conditions and reflectivity of the measuring target. For Leica Geosystems it is important that the instruments not only perform under perfect laboratory conditions but above all under the kind of everyday working conditions encountered on construction sits. This is why, working together with external experts, the company have developed a standard by which laser distance meters can be tested and compared with each other.
	Robust housing The measuring elements are protected by solid rubber and a fibreglass reinforced housing. Proven in drop tests from up to 6 feet high, the Leica DISTO E7400x is job site ready.
	Protection class IP65 The housing and keypad are specially sealed against water and dust. Cleaning under running water is also no problem.
	Tilt sensor 360° Thanks to the combination of distance and tilt measurements you can determine vertical or horizontal distances from remote locations absolutely and precisely - even over obstructions. This is achieved using the 360 degree tilt sensor and built in short cut keys.
	Smart Horizontal Mode™ If obstructions prevent you from taking direct distance measurements, you can use the Smart Horizontal Mode™ to determine the horizontal distance simply and absolutely precisely.
